When does the daily puzzle change?

Every day at 00:00 UTC. The app shows a countdown to the next puzzle once you’ve completed today’s.

I lost my streak — can I get it back?

Streaks are tied to the device that played them. If you uninstalled the app or cleared your browser, the streak is gone. There is no way to restore it. We hate this too — a future update will let you opt in to linking your account across devices.

My time was rejected as too fast.

The server enforces a minimum solve time of 1.5 seconds. A score below that is considered impossible and rejected.

I forfeited my daily — why?

Backgrounding the app for more than 30 seconds during an active daily attempt forfeits the run. So does manually quitting. The forfeit is recorded for the day; you can play again tomorrow.

A multiplayer match disconnected mid-game.

You have 30 seconds of grace to reconnect. If the match doesn’t resume in that window, the server forfeits you and the opponent wins. Network hiccups happen — the daily mode is the more forgiving way to play.

How do I change my display name?

iOS: not yet — coming in a future update. Web: top right → Account. Names are 1–16 characters, letters / numbers / spaces / underscores.

How do I delete my data?

Email info@risolabs.com from any account associated with your ChronoShift player ID (or with the player ID itself in the body), and we’ll purge the row.
